Understanding the Opioid Crisis: A Timely Discussion with Andrew Kolodny, MD

The United States is in the midst of an opioid crisis: more than 100 Americans die every day from overdosing on opioids. 

Join Dr. Andrew Kolodny, one of the nation's leading experts on the prescription opioid and heroin crisis, for a timely presentation and discussion. Dr. Kolodny is co-director of the Opioid Policy Research Collaborative at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He is also the executive director of Physicians for Responsible Opioid Prescribing, an organization with a mission to reduce morbidity and mortality caused by overprescribing of opioid analgesics.

A Q&A will follow Dr. Kolodny's presentation.

Admission is complimentary. Hors d'oeuvres, wine and beer will be served.
